Anybody using Cipher?

What is the status of cipher development? In OASIS SCAN, neither mainnet nor testnet shows any active transactions for the Cipher ParaTime. As a matter of test, my txhash on testnet is not showing up. Does that mean the SCAN does not support Cipher yet?
