Web Wallet "Created at:" date?

Generated a new mnemonic, understand it’s random, but were these wallets all previously created 2 years ago?

Here’s what I did:

If I look at it on: https://oasismonitor.com/, shows:

Last active:
2 years ago

Created at:
08:01 18.11.2020

Created another mnemonic/wallet, same results.
Is this expected?

Maybe this is obvious… but, it’s not like someone created these wallets before, and they’re sitting on them waiting for others to deposit tokens, correct?

Sorry if that’s a dumb question, lol.

Thank you for bringing this up. I believe the issue lies with Oasisscan. It is impossible that the wallets were created beforehand.
