Oasis and Router come together

Earlier this month, we saw Oasis Network and Router Protocol enter into a collaboration between ecosystems with Router integrating Oasis modules. It has escaped the discussion it deserves.

Why is this coming together so important? We already know the capabilities of the Oasis Network. With the addition of confidentiality solutions to a privacy-enabled EVM building environment in the form of the Sapphire runtime, Oasis is now a much sought-after protocol in the blockchain and web3 space among the Solidity developer community. And then there is the masterstroke of developing OPL. The Oasis privacy layer is an interoperable solution for cross-chain convenience and customizable privacy for any EVM web3 dApp.

And what do we know of Router? It is a secure, scalable, modular, composable framework for cross-chain interoperability. I believe Router has just the kind of setup that can benefit from having OPL and its confidential features and functionalities made available to the players in their ecosystem. I am now waiting for some interesting success stories resulting from this mutual alliance. What are your thoughts about this? Do share.

Oasis Network already had a solid reputation, but now with the addition of confidentiality solutions like the Sapphire runtime, they’re becoming even more attractive to Solidity developers in the blockchain and web3 space. and let’s not forget about the OPL (Oasis privacy layer) development, which offers cross-chain convenience and customizable privacy for any EVM web3 dApp.
