For Consensus, you could store ROSE in either the Oasis web wallet or the Chrome extension wallet. Both are native to Oasis - visit Oasis Network - Ecosystem for links to both options.
For Emerald / Sapphire you could use Metamask or any other wallet that allows to configure EVM based networks.
