Medium Article written about Sapphire Paratime states that it uses Gas Relayer and Message Passing Bridge for the use of the Sapphire in other Blockchain. However, I don’t see ant information about the Gas Relayer and Message Passing Bridge. Are they built by Oasis or simply existing protocol?
