This Hackathon is necessary to promote the development of privacy-enabled applications and tooling using the Oasis Privacy Layer, in response to the increasing demand for privacy protection in the digital age.

Would be cool if this was done as a joint effort together with another L1 community that benefits from OPL.

I really dont get how this hackathon will attract anyone outside of the Oasis community when no other community is part of it.
